The breakfast was generally of good quality, and you get two choices of coffee servings per person (no more than two) with enough options to keep adults and children happy. The police is very clean in general, and our room was kept clean and ordered. The location of the hotel is excellent for train and Metro services, but I think we would’ve preferred to stay in a more attractive part of the city on our very first walk out from the hotel we chose the worst route possible, and found ourselves in a very dirty and uncured for area. We rescued walking further and it didn’t get any better so we turned back to the hotel. Staying with the main routes in the direction of the castle there are much better places to be in. Checking out was super easy, as we only had to leave the hotel and drop the key off since there were no room checks.

The staff was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The hotel has a great breakfast and also has delicious food for dinner in the evening. The staff in the restaurant was exceptional as well, greeting us every morning with a smile. The room was spacious and the air conditioning was great. The location was very close to the Napoli Centrale station and I felt safe with the police and army presence. The location also made it a very convenient base to travel to the ferries to beautiful Capri, Ischia, and Procida. I highly recommend this hotel. You will not be disappointed!!

The location is very good. Nearby the central station and the city centre. The bath room was nice. The room basic, but ok. There was no balcony, which means you have to stay in the city all day. But that is not a problem, cause that is where you came for. If you want to stay 2 to 5 days to visit Napels it is a good place.

Overall ok. Friendly staff. Very good location. You have the chance to experience the real Naples in the area.

How close it was to the main train station and airport. They also called a taxi for you to go to the airport and it was only €21 one of the cheapest way to get to the airport. I like how clean the lobby and rooms are.

The location was great, only two blocks from the Napoli Centrale train station. The hotel itself is very clean and well-maintained. There is a restaurant in the building, where in the morning they serve breakfast that has a variety of cold and hot foods. The staff were both proficient and friendly, especially Sapna at the front desk. It is reasonably priced for the area. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

The location was very central, parking opposite the hotel which don’t get me wrong was handy but very expensive, you’re kind of put in a predicament where you have to. As I have big car they charge €50 / 24hr. Not good if you’re there for a week especially as it’s an electric car. Rome was Feee parking for ev’s maybe Napoli should look at the same idea
